Apply via Emailing our friendly People and Culture (P&C) Team at People.Culture@dcss.org.au with your Resume and Cover Letter, our People and Culture Team will send you an application form (OR you can complete the attached application form earlier in this webpage) complete and return back to us.

INTERVIEW
Upon receiving your complete application, we will access your skills, experience and qualifications against our criteria, if you are successful to the next round, we will invite you for a phone interview with a People and Culture team member.
If the People and Culture interview is successful, we may invite you to a face-to-face or teleconference interview with a Delegate or and the Hiring Manager to see whether you would be a good fit within our organisation and for you to see if our organisation is a good fit for you.

CHECKS & TRAINING
As a final step, you will be required to undergo National Police Checks (NPC), Working with Children Check (WWCC) and able to meet the Citizenship/Residency requirements
Every volunteer in DCSS Australia will undertake the following training free of charge:
- Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO);
- Council of Social Services (QCOSS);
- Mandate Report Training, for both Victoria and New South Wales;
All Community Justice Program Supervisors and Client Service Officer are required to undergo additional training with the Victorian State Government and NSW State Government.
