Your professional development

We offer an extensive training & development program to build your skills and support your career. This covers areas such as teamwork, project management, communication skills, career planning and introduction to government. We also give you the freedom to manage part of your own learning & development through an ongoing team project.

In addition, graduates in the Economics, Engineering and Accounting & Finance streams also have access to comprehensive specialist training and study assistance (eg CPA or CA) to support your professional development.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for motivated and talented graduates from all fields of study who want to contribute to Victoria’s future. You must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency and a minimum of an H3 average. Double degrees, honours or postgraduate studies are highly regarded.

Apart from your academic record, we’re also interested in the qualities and skills you have gained through work experience, involvement in extra-curricular activities (such as volunteering or sport) and other community interests.
