Beyond Commerce

Beyond Commerce is a new initiative started in 2006 that aims to encourage Commerce Students to become more active participants in the broader community around us. Volunteering in the community can be very enjoyable and fulfilling – it’s a great way to make new friends while helping other people.

Australian Red Cross Blood Service

The DCSS and the Red Cross provide an opportunity for students quickly and easily. Buses will be provided for transport to the blood bank in week 4 of semester for all willing and able students. Everyone who donates will receive free tea and crackers from the Red Cross and will go into the draw to win a prize from DCSS!

Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE)

SIFE is students seeking to make a difference in the world by teaching and creating economic opportunities to those less fortunate. It provides an opportunity for students to take skills learnt in the classroom and apply them to real world situations
